Typically all items shown on our website are in stock unless stated otherwise in the item information section. There may be some occasions where stock quantities have being incorrectly entered into our system thus showing an item being available when it is not. If this should occur, we will inform you of the problem, at which time you will have the opportunity to make a substitution or cancel your order. If you have concerns about the availability of a product, please contact us. One of our customer service representatives will assist you.
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
Ashanse accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of payment.
If you placed an order in error and wish to cancel, please send us an e-mail immediately. Your  order will be cancelled and the charge on your credit card reversed.
On the Checkout page, you will be asked if you have a coupon. Key in the coupon code in the field then click “Apply Coupon”. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the coupon code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
All orders will be processed within 1 – 3 days
The transit time depends on the shipper. We are located in Florida, and orders within the US are typically delivered in 3 – 5 days. 
We use UPS and USPS to ship all packages. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped, which will enable you to track your package at every stage in the shipping process.
Products may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping. Please note the following:
*Returned items must be in their original state
*All items must be received by Ashanse within fourteen days (14) of the date of purchase.
Replacement item(s) will only be shipped after the defective item has been received by Ashanse.

Use of this technology ensures that your data can only be read by the intended recipient. Should the data be intercepted by a 3rd party, the data’s content is not legible.
